It is spring, which for many horse owners means that the grazing season is about to start. Many horses will soon walk for several hours to whole days in the meadow again. Large hoover<\/em><\/p>\n

The Equimunda<\/a> is a huge hoover specially designed to remove manure from pastures. An additional advantage is that the manure vacuum cleaner is very easy and convenient to use. The length-adjustable drawbar of the manure vacuum, is fitted with a drawbar coupling or towing eye. This allows the vacuum to be coupled behind almost any vehicle with a tow bar. It is even possible, due to its low weight, to attach the manure trailer behind a mini tractor. Regularly mucking out pastures is important for several reasons. The main reason is to prevent larvae from getting into the manure that is still in the pasture. These larvae cause the horses to become infested with worms. Especially with the high temperatures, there are more insects and the larvae develop quickly. Nowadays, many horses are wormed at least four times a year, resulting in the larvae becoming resistant to the worming medicine.
